We would like to take this time to inform you of the pleasurable experience we had (as both sellers and buyers) working with one of your agent, MaryAnn O’Shea. We first met MaryAnn several years ago when we bought our first home on Long Beach Island. MaryAnn professionally guided us through this purchase process and we adored our first home. However, it did not take us long to figure out we wanted a home on the bay. We once again called MaryAnn and explained our situation. We were confident MaryAnn could sell our home and find us a new one, so she listed our house on the market and she quickly sold it for us. The difficult part for her was finding us a home on the water that we liked and could afford. She constantly kept us informed about the market and tirelessly showed us property after property after property. Not once did she seem annoyed at our endless phone calls and questions.

We trusted her judgment and drove down that night. She was right, we loved it. We started the purchasing process and ended up buying the home. This has been our first summer in our new home on the water and we are having a blast.
